Sangeetha brings 6 years of experience in IT and finance to the company. Mrs.Sangeetha's experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for a $3 million USD engineering manufacturing business where she was responsible for the financial, planning and administrative aspects of the business. She is also a member of the Executive Committee. She has knowledge of and experience in Finance, Financial Reporting, Treasury and Cash Management, Acquisition, Post-Acquisition Integration, Commercial Debt Facilities, Corporate Asset/Liability Management, Bankruptcy Accounting, Software Conversions, Human Resources and Information Technology.
